Communication channels allow you to connect Telegram bots and accounts to manage subscribers, newsletters, and CRM.

➕ Step 1: Add a channel

  1. Go to the “Communication Channel” section.
  2. Click the “Add” button in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the connection type:
    • 🤖 Add a bot — free
    • 👤 Add an account — connection fee $10

✅ Step 2: Connecting a bot

  • Copy and paste the token from @BotFather
  • Confirm the connection

After successful authorization, the line will turn white, and the bot will be ready to use.

✅ Step 3: Connecting a Telegram account

  • Enter the phone number associated with the account (in international format)
  • Complete authorization:
    • Enter the confirmation code sent to Telegram
    • If necessary — two-factor password

📲Adding a Telegram account via Telegram QR scan

  1. Go to the “Communication Channels” section and click the “Add” button.
  2. Select the “Telegram Account” option (connection fee: $10).
  3. Click the QR button at the bottom.
  4. A unique QR code will appear on the screen.
  5. Open the Telegram app on your phone: Go to Settings → Devices → Connect device via QR.
  6. Scan the displayed QR code.
  7. Done! The account will appear in your personal account without entering a confirmation code.

🔄  Automatic channel renewal

After connecting your account, you can enable the automatic renewal feature.

How to do this:

1. Go to the settings for the desired communication channel.

2.Locate the “Auto-renewal” toggle and turn it on.

3.When “Auto-renewal” is enabled, it will turn green, and the feature will take effect.

What this means:

  • With auto-renewal enabled, payment for the communication channel (account subscription) will be charged automatically each month.
  • The “Valid until” field displays the expiration date of the current paid subscription.

Important:

  • If auto-renewal is turned off, payment is not deducted automatically, and access to the communication channel will be suspended after the expiration date. After activation, the billing cycle is 31 days.

We recommend enabling auto-renewal — this allows the system to automatically renew payment for the communication channel each month to avoid interruptions in its operation. When this feature is enabled, funds will be charged automatically, and the subscription expiration date will always be displayed in the “Valid until” field.

⚠️  Possible connection errors

After connecting, you may encounter errors. Here’s how to identify and fix them:

🟥 Error: “The code you entered is incorrect”

Cause: The verification code was entered incorrectly or has expired
Solution:

  • Remove the connection and try logging in again
  • Make sure to enter the code immediately after receiving it

🟥 Error: “Telegram says: [401 Unauthorized]”

Cause: Incorrect token, phone number, or account has been deauthorized
Solution:

  • Re-authorize by clicking the “AUTHORIZE” button
  • Make sure the token and details are entered correctly

🟥 Error: “Connection lost”

Reason: The Telegram app or bot lost the session
Solution:

  • Click “AUTHORIZE” to restore the connection
  • Make sure your Telegram account hasn't been logged out or blocked

📥Importing chats into the system

If necessary, you can import chats into the CRM in JSON format.

To get the file you need, follow these steps:

  • Open Telegram on your computer.
  • Go to the “Settings” section.
  • Select “Advanced Settings.”
  • Click “Export Telegram Data.”
  • In the export settings, select the chats you need and save the data in JSON format.
  • Go to the “Communication Channels” section, click the first button “Upload Chats to the System,” and attach the data file.
  • Done!

🗑 Deleting a Channel

If you no longer need a channel, click the trash can icon to the right of the connection line.
