🔄 Automatic channel renewal
After connecting your account, you can enable the automatic renewal feature.

How to do this:
1. Go to the settings for the desired communication channel.
2.Locate the “Auto-renewal” toggle and turn it on.
3.When “Auto-renewal” is enabled, it will turn green, and the feature will take effect.
What this means:
- With auto-renewal enabled, payment for the communication channel (account subscription) will be charged automatically each month.
- The “Valid until” field displays the expiration date of the current paid subscription.
Important:
- If auto-renewal is turned off, payment is not deducted automatically, and access to the communication channel will be suspended after the expiration date. After activation, the billing cycle is 31 days.
We recommend enabling auto-renewal — this allows the system to automatically renew payment for the communication channel each month to avoid interruptions in its operation. When this feature is enabled, funds will be charged automatically, and the subscription expiration date will always be displayed in the “Valid until” field.
