In the Profile Settings section, you can manage the basic settings of your account. There are two key tabs here: Basic Data and Security .
Basic data
On this tab you can edit your personal information:
- First and last name - used in reports, customer cards and notifications.
- E-mail is the primary method of communication and login.
- Phone number is optional, but may be useful for restoring access.
- Address and Messenger - You can specify your location and Telegram nickname.
- Notifications - You can enable or disable notifications about incoming messages from leads.
- @mvp_crm_bot - click the "Link" button to activate the MVP bot . The bot sends balance notifications, updates, breaking news, and will also tell you the channel ID if you forward it a message.
- @mvppostbackbot — click the "Link" button to activate the MVP bot . This bot allows you to conveniently transfer customer information to our service directly from Telegram.
- Interface language - select a convenient language (for example, Russian).
- Theme - you can choose a light or dark interface theme.
- Time zone - necessary for the correct display of time for events, shifts and tasks.
After making changes, be sure to click "SAVE" .
📌 Please note: If you want to disable the inverted question marks used in Spanish when translating outgoing messages in the messenger, turn on the “Natural Translation” toggle.Safety
This section is intended for changing the password.
Here you can:
- Set a new password.
- Please re-enter it to confirm.
Click "SAVE" for the changes to take effect.
