The " Newsletters " section lets you manage automated notifications for subscribers via a subscription bot. This is a tool for targeted customer engagement that helps improve conversions and retention. Newsletters can be duplicated, edited, and deleted.

Types of mailings:

1️⃣ Disposable

One-time mailing to the entire user base at a specified time.

2️⃣ Systemic disposable

Mailing list for users depending on their status:

  • Registration completed, but no deposit
  • A deposit has been made
  • Re-deposit
  • Unsubscribe
  • Subscription

It is carried out at the appointed time.

3️⃣ Systemic

Automatic sending when a certain event occurs, for example:

  • Registration
  • Sale
  • Resale
  • Unsubscribe
  • Subscription
  • The time since the event occurred is indicated.

4️⃣ Schedule

Regular mailing to the entire database on specific days and times.

What do the numbers in the “Number of messages” column mean?

The first 0 is the messages sent for this mailing list.

The second 0 represents users who blocked the bot after the mailing. This number is displayed after adding a new mailing of the same type.

Sending to active leads

The campaign is sent only to leads who have interacted with the bot. This eliminates sending to inactive or unconfirmed contacts, increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of the campaign.

Delay in sending system mailings

System subscription: messages are sent with a delay of 15 minutes to 3 hours . This is necessary to evenly distribute the system load and ensure stable service operation.

Setting the time zone

To ensure your emails are sent at the right time, we recommend setting the correct time zone in your user account. This will ensure accurate message scheduling regardless of your geographic location.

Acceptable file sizes and formats for sending️

Images in newsletters/welcome/ignorer messages — jpeg, PNG up to 5 MB.

Videos in newsletters/welcome/ignored messages — 20 MB mp4.

Video in circle format (mp4 264, square video (aspect ratio 1:1) up to 20 MB in size, dimensions up to 630x630 pixels).

Voice message — OGG with OTUS encoding, up to 5 MB.

Sending speed

Messages are sent at a rate of up to 30 messages per second, depending on the traffic flow to your channel, as Telegram bots are limited to 30 requests per second, and the same bot sends and receives messages.
