Segments are groups of customers grouped by specific criteria (for example, by tag or deal stage). They are used for targeted customer interactions, such as email campaigns, activations, and sales funnels.
📍 Where are the segments?
Go to the Segments page.
On the page you will see a table with already created segments.
To create a new segment, click the green button

🛠️ How to create a segment
After clicking the button, the creation form will open.

1. Title
Enter a descriptive name for the segment. Example:Tag: “Top-up” or “Registration”
2. Stages
Select the funnel stages where the customers in the segment should be located.
You can select several - clients from any of them will be included in the segment.
Example:Not processed, Ignored, Made first sale, Registration
3. Players (optional)
You can limit the segment to specific players (if required).
4. Spot
Select the Spot for which the distribution will be applied.
5. Tags
Select the tags that the client must have.
For example, REGISTERED or NOT REGISTERED.
☑️ Important: The system searches for clients who have at least one of the selected tags and are at the specified stages.
6. Click Add .
The segment will be saved and added to the list. The table will display:
- Its name
- Conditions (stages, tags, etc.)
- Segment ID
✉️ How is the segment used?
Once you've created a segment, you can select it when setting up your mailing list in the Mail section.
Select a segment from the drop-down list and the message will be sent to all matching users.
