The "Change Responsible" block is used to automatically transfer a deal to another manager within a business process. This allows for flexible lead distribution among employees at different stages of the funnel, such as transferring a client from a bot to a manager, assigning a specialist after a specific client action, or redistributing deals between departments.

In this article, we'll cover how to configure the "Change Responsible" block , the available options, and how to correctly select a new responsible person for a deal. This block allows you to automatically assign a new manager and, if necessary, set additional execution parameters, such as a delay or scenario status.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter an internal name for the "Change Responsible" block. This name will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when configuring the business process. By default, the block will be named " Change Responsible ."

2) Delay - set the delay for adding a comment to the deal.

3) State - select one of the states that will be applied to the block:

  • Wait - the system pauses the script and waits for the lead's response before proceeding to the next step. Use this mode if you need to get a response from the user before continuing.
  • Skip - the script will automatically move to the next block without waiting for a response from the lead.
  • Block - stops further interaction with the lead. Use this to block access to a script or end the conversation.
  • Manual - the system executes the block action and switches the transaction to manual mode.

“Change Responsible Person” tab, field descriptions:

1) User - select a new responsible person from the drop-down list. Before doing this, make sure the required users are assigned in the spot settings. Learn more about setting this up here.

If you select " According to Distribution ," the responsible manager will be assigned automatically according to the system's assigned manager settings. You can read more about configuring the assignment here .

After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
