Add a Task is a block that allows you to automatically add a task to a deal. In the CRM, it will appear in the " Tasks " field. More information about tasks is available here.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter an internal name for the "Add a task" block. This name will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when setting up the business process. By default, the block will be named " Add a task ."

2) Delay - set a delay for adding a task to a deal.

3) State - select one of the states that will be applied to the block:

  • Wait - the system pauses the script and waits for the lead's response before proceeding to the next step. Use this mode if you need to get a response from the user before continuing.
  • Skip - the script will automatically move to the next block without waiting for a response from the lead.
  • Block - stops further interaction with the lead. Use this to block access to a script or end the conversation.
  • Manual - the system executes the block action and switches the transaction to manual mode.

“Add a task” tab, field descriptions:

1) Task Name - Enter an internal name for the task. For example: Send instructions.

2) Responsible - select the responsible person from the drop-down list. Before doing this, make sure the required users are assigned in the spot settings. Learn more about setting this up here.

3) Status - select a status from the drop-down list. More information on setting task statuses is available here.

4) Units of measurement - specify the units in which the deadline for assigning a task to a deal will be set (e.g. minutes, hours or days).

After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
