🧩 How to create and save a custom filter 🔎 Setting up search conditions 🏷 Saving a template ⚡ Quick view without saving templates 📂 Section “Templates” ⚠️ Important

Custom filters in Messenger allow you to quickly find the right deals among large volumes of data. Instead of manually searching and constantly adjusting parameters, you can create your own templates with the necessary conditions and apply them in one click. This is especially useful for managers, team leads, and specialists who need to quickly track deals by responsible parties, statuses, dates, channels, or other operational parameters.

🧩 How to create and save a custom filter

  1. Go to the Messenger section and click the Filters button.
  2. In the window that opens, select "Add filter" .

🔎 Setting up search conditions

Determine which transactions should be included in the sample. You can specify that transactions should:

  • meet all the specified conditions (which you will configure later);
  • meet any of the selected conditions .

Next, select an entity from the available sections:

  • Main
  • Systemic
  • Advertising parameters
  • Custom fields

Within each entity, you must select the required subsection.

Example:
If you need to get a list of transactions with a specific spot account holder:

  1. select System → Responsible ;
  2. specify the "equal to" or "not equal to" operator;
  3. select the responsible manager from the email list;
  4. Click Save as Template .

🏷 Saving a template

  1. Specify the name of the template, for example: “Responsible” .
  2. Change the tab color if necessary.
  3. Click Create , then Save .

Once saved, the template will appear in your tab list in Messenger. A trade counter will be displayed next to the template's name. You can then quickly open trades using the pre-configured filter.

⚡ Quick view without saving templates

If you only need a filter once, you don't have to save it as a template. In this case, you'll need to reconfigure the settings each time you use it.

📂 Section “Templates”

By default, the system has pre-installed templates available:

  • All
  • Pinned
  • Manual
  • Auto
  • Ignore

They can be hidden from the tab list. You can also view the configured conditions for each tab (by expanding the list).

After the system templates, your custom filters are displayed. The following actions are available for them:

  • hide / show
  • edit
  • delete
  • view terms and conditions

⚠️ Important

Saved templates are linked to the account from which they were created.

Custom filters help structure your work in the messenger and save time during daily deal processing. Once you've set up your desired conditions, you get a convenient, quick-access tool with a visual counter and flexible management options.

Use templates for recurring tasks, hide unnecessary tabs, and adapt your workspace to your processes—this will make your deal management faster, more transparent, and more efficient.
