The sales funnel settings section allows you to flexibly manage the stages of customer processing. Here you can add, edit, and delete statuses, customize color labels, and set a status category , which influences customer behavior in Messenger.

🧱 Funnel stages (statuses)
Each funnel status is a separate column that contains deals/clients corresponding to a specific stage of the dialogue.
Possibilities:
🖊 Edit the status name - just double-click on the name and enter a new one.

🎨 Customize your status color — choose the desired shade from the palette.

- ➕ Add status - enter a name, select a category, color and click "Save" .

📁 Status categories
Each status can be classified into one of the following categories:
🟦 Standard is the main entry point into the dialogue. This is where the client lands during their first message .
⚠️ There can only be one status with the "Standard" category on the line.
🟨 Ignore is a temporary status for leads who couldn't be contacted.
⚙️ The "Ignore" functionality is used for automatic reminders/push notifications.
🟥 Archive — the client ends up in the messenger's archived chats and is not displayed in the general list of active dialogues.
📌 Useful for closed, rejected, or non-targeted clients.

🧩 Line management
You can create several lines of customer processing (for example, “Line 1” – first sale, “Line 2” – repeat sales).
- 🔽 Switch lines - drop-down list in the top panel.
- 🖊 Editing and deleting a line is available using the ✏️ and 🗑 icons in the drop-down list.
- ➕ Adding a new line - the "Add" button at the bottom of the line list.

🧹 Additional features
- 🔄 Drag and drop statuses — change the order of stages directly in the interface.
- ✅ Saving settings - after all changes, click "Save" (top right) to apply the settings.
💡 Recommendations for use
- Set up one "Standard" status on each line.
- Use "Ignore" to try to contact the client again.
- Use Archive actively to keep managers' workspaces tidy.
- Make status titles short and clear, preferably in a consistent style.
