🔍 Top filter panel 📄 Followers table ✏️ Editing columns 📤 Export

The subscriber table allows you to view all information about your channel's subscribers, sort and filter it, and export it to an Excel file for further management of your subscriber base. To view subscribers, click the button on the card of the desired spot.


🔍 Top filter panel

The filter form allows you to narrow the selection of subscribers by a variety of parameters:

  • Advertising channel
  • FB Campaign / Adset / Announcement
  • Name of the company, source, ad set, advertisement
  • Landing, placement, spot
  • Country
  • Tags
  • Date ranges :
    • Subscriptions
    • Unsubscribes
    • Bot activation
    • Registrations
    • Contact
    • First sale
  • The “Don’t show unsubscribers” checkbox hides users who have unsubscribed from the channel.

After selecting the required filters, you must click the "Search" button.


📄 Followers table

The table displays data for each subscriber. By default, the following columns are displayed:

  • ID – unique identifier
  • Name – the name of the subscriber or project
  • Username
  • Channel ID in Telegram
  • Channel name in Telegram
  • Country
  • Advertising channel
  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign Name
  • Adset ID
  • Name of the adset
  • Ad ID
  • User ID in Telegram
  • Ad Title
  • Placement
  • Landing
  • Source
  • OS – the device the user came from (iOS, PC, etc.)
  • Actions – a set of buttons for quickly switching to a user's Telegram account, completely blocking a user, and instantly opening a conversation with them in CRM 💬 (if a conversation has already been conducted).
Note:
You can customize columns in Column Editor

The total number of subscribers included in the sample is indicated at the bottom.


✏️ Editing columns

Clicking the "Edit" button opens the table settings window, where you can:

  • Customize the display/hiding of the desired columns using the icon 👁
  • Freeze columns at the beginning of the table – icon 📌
  • Drag and drop rows to change the display order

After making the necessary changes, you must click the "Make changes" button.


📤 Export

In the upper right corner of the page there is a "Download to Excel" button, which allows you to export the current selection to an Excel file for further analysis or reporting.
