The Conversion Table allows you to view, sort, and filter your channel's subscriber conversion information, and export it to an Excel file for further management of your subscriber base. The Conversion Table displays all conversions added via the @mvppostbackbot postback bot, via Messenger, via the subscriber table, and via S2S postbacks. To view conversions, click the button. on the card of the desired spot.

🔍 Top filter panel

The filter form allows you to narrow the selection of subscribers by several parameters:

  • Search by subscriber ID or username;
  • Search by date range;
  • Filter by conversion type (subscription, registration, deposit, re-deposit, withdrawals).

After selecting the conditions, click the "Search" button.


📄 Conversion table

The table displays data for each subscriber. By default, the following columns are displayed:

  • ID – unique identifier;
  • Date – date the conversion was added;
  • Type – event type (subscription, registration, deposit, re-deposit, withdrawals);
  • Subscriber – username and subscriber ID (clicking on the ID will open the player’s card in the table of subscribers);
  • The deal is – information about the presence of a deal in the CRM with quick transition (available if CRM is enabled in the spot settings);
  • Actions – the ability to edit or delete a conversion (deletion is irreversible).
You can customize the columns using the “Edit Columns” menu (the button with the pencil icon).

The bottom of the table displays the total number of subscribers included in the sample.


⚙️ Editing columns

Clicking the "Edit" button opens the table settings window, where you can:

  • Customize the display/hiding of the desired columns using the icon 👁
  • Freeze columns at the beginning of the table – icon 📌
  • Drag and drop rows to change the display order

After making the necessary changes, you must click the "Make changes" button.


✏️Editing Conversion

The following actions are available in the conversion editing window:

  • Change the date and time of the event;
  • Adjust deposit/redeposit amount;
  • Change player ID;

To save the changes, click "Save" .


📤 Export

In the upper right corner of the page there is a "Download to Excel" button, which allows you to export the current selection to an Excel file for further analysis or reporting.
