This section allows you to configure the rules by which the CRM will automatically assign responsibility for deals. You can set priority fields, define the assignment logic, and even disable automatic assignment altogether.


1. Priority fields


What is this:


Fields by which players will be sorted before distribution

How to use:

Add a field
Select a field category
Select a system field
These fields will help the system equally assign responsibilities based on the specified criteria.

Example:
If the “Number of unread messages” field is specified, the system will first include transactions that have not been responded to in the distribution.

2. Distribution rules


What is this:


The rules that, if met, prevent a deal from being reassigned during the distribution process. The rules apply in the specified order, so it's recommended to take this into account when adding them.

📍 Responsible for registration
The deal will be assigned to the manager responsible for it at the time of registration. Important: only if they are currently on shift.

📍 Responsible for the last message
The deal will be assigned to the manager who sent the last message in the deal. Important: only if they are currently on shift.

📍 Deposit Manager
The transaction will be assigned to the manager responsible for it when the deposit was made. Important: This only applies if they are currently on shift.

📍 Upon first appointment of the person in charge
The transaction will be assigned to the first person responsible for it. Important: only if they are currently on shift.


3. Automatic distribution


You can disable automatic assignment; in this case, no assigned assignee will be assigned to transactions. Important: Current transactions will remain assigned to the same assignees.
