🗓️ Tasks
Tasks are a built-in tool for planning actions for a client.
Where are they located:
In the "TASKS" block of the client card

How to add a task:
- Click "Add task" .
- In the window that opens, fill in:
- Task title (e.g. "Send instructions")
- Responsible - select the person responsible for the task
- Task status (for example: "New") - you can configure task statuses in the Tasks section
- Deadline - Specify date and time
- Click "Add Task"
What is it useful for:
- Don't forget an important action regarding the client
- Assign tasks to colleagues
- Control deadlines
- Work in a team asynchronously
Managers see the task list and can respond in a timely manner.
📝 Notes
Notes are internal comments about the client, visible only to the team.
Where are they located:
In the "NOTES" block of the client card.

How to add:
- Enter text in the field.
- Click the send button.
Each note:
- Saved with manager's signature and time.
- Can be removed via the 🗑️ icon.
- Not displayed to the client.
When to use:
- Capture the essence of communication
- Keep details out of correspondence
- Make tags for colleagues
Information about deleting or adding a note is recorded as a system notification in the chat with the client
🏷️ Tags
Tags allow you to classify clients and find them faster.

How to use:
- Click on the "Add tag" field.
- Select the desired tag from the list, or:
- Click the plus sign in the “Create tag” field and enter the tag name. and click “Create”.
What are they useful for:
- Segment clients by events or status (e.g. “Registration”, “Topped up”, “NO ASSETS”)
- Create groups for filtering
- Use in automation (robots, mailings)
How to use Tags directly in the chat list 🔥?
- Select the desired chat from the list
- Right click
- Click on the “Add/Remove tag” field
- Select tag(s) from the list of previously added tags
- Click the “Save” button
Adding/removing tags directly in the chat list significantly speeds up work with them and allows you to save time by avoiding the need to open each dialogue.
