Change stage is a block that automatically changes a lead's status in the funnel. It helps track the client's progress and move them to the next stage without the need for manual intervention from a manager. The conversation stage is changed automatically after completing this block.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter an internal name for the "Stage Change" block. This name will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when configuring the business process. By default, the block will be named " Stage Change ."
2) Delay - set the delay between changing the deal stage.
3) State - select one of the states that will be applied to the block:
- Wait - the system pauses the script and waits for the lead's response before proceeding to the next step. Use this mode if you need to get a response from the user before continuing.
- Skip - the script will automatically move to the next block without waiting for a response from the lead.
- Block - stops further interaction with the lead. Use this to block access to a script or end the conversation.
- Manual - the system executes the block action and switches the transaction to manual mode.

“Stage Change” tab, field descriptions:
Stage - select the stage from the list to which the client will be automatically transferred at the current stage of the funnel. More information about setting up stages is available here .
After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
