Manual mode is a block that pauses the business process and switches the deal to manual mode. All further communication with the lead is handled by the operator without AI intervention.

This feature is ideal for situations that require a personalized approach: clarifying order details, handling objections, or providing personalized consultations. This improves the quality of communication and flexibly responds to customer needs. After completing manual processing, the operator can independently resume the automated process or close the deal.

General Settings tab, field descriptions:
1) Name - Enter an internal name for the "Manual Mode" block. This name will be displayed only to you in the block diagram within the MVP system when configuring the business process. By default, the block will be named " Manual Mode ."

2) Delay - Specify a time delay before distribution occurs. During the delay, all messages from the user will be ignored.

By default, this block is set to “Skip,” which means that the block executes immediately and does not wait for a response from the client; therefore, incoming messages are not processed at this stage.

After completing the settings, click the “ Save ” button.
